Introducing: City data

We've got another exciting location update for you! City data is now live across all dashboards, giving you granular insights into exactly which cities your visitors are coming from.

We've added "Cities" as a dedicated tab to the Countries box, so it's consistent with how data is displayed in other boxes. That means you can now filter by any city directly without needing to drill down through countries or regions first. Want to see how visitors from London, Paris, or San Francisco are behaving? Just click on the Cities tab and filter away.
This is incredibly useful for businesses with multiple locations, targeted local campaigns, or simply curious about which cities are visiting your site the most. Filtering by cities allows you to see patterns like which cities drive the most conversions (if you're using our Events feature), or analyse traffic from multiple campaigns at the city level.
Along with this update, we've also improved how Regions data works. It now has its own dedicated tab too, so you can filter by specific states or provinces independently, making it much easier to analyse regional data without the extra steps.
Please note:
- We started collecting City data on July 3rd, 2025, and rolled it out to EU countries shortly after, so you won't see any historical data before this date. All new visits from July 3rd (5th for EU) onwards will include city data where available.
