We take privacy seriously (obviously). That includes this program, which we built from scratch to protect the privacy of referrals. You won't see any names or personal information of people you send our way, just the date and plan for each new signup.
Commissions clear after 30 days, then sit in your balance until you're ready to claim them. Request a payout whenever you like from your Partners dashboard: bank transfer via Wise ($200 minimum) or account credit toward your own Fathom bill ($20 minimum).
You can also request source keywords (your name, newsletter, podcast, and so on). Once approved, signups that mention those phrases at registration count as your referral, even without a link click.

How do I get paid?
Once commissions clear the 30-day hold, they appear in your balance. Request a payout from your Partners dashboard whenever you like: bank transfer via Wise ($200 minimum) or account credit toward your Fathom bill ($20 minimum). You're responsible for your own taxes when you claim.
When do I get paid?
You're in control. Commissions mature after 30 days, then you claim them on your own schedule once you've hit the minimum for your chosen payout type. On 1 July 2026 we'll run one final automatic PayPal payout for any remaining balance, then all future payouts go through the Partners dashboard.
How do I track my referrals?
Your Partners dashboard shows clicks, referrals, earnings, and claim history. We built the program from scratch to protect privacy, so you won't see names or personal details of each referral, just the date and plan for each signup.
What if someone didn't use my link?
Request source keywords in your Partners dashboard (your name, podcast, newsletter, and so on). Once approved, signups that mention those phrases when asked how they heard about us count as your referral. You can also email us who you referred and when, and we'll manually attribute the conversion.
Do I need to be a Fathom Analytics customer?
Yes. The Partners program is available to Fathom customers with an active subscription. We removed standalone affiliate-only accounts, so you need to be a paying customer to participate.
