Saved segments

If you regularly use the same combination of filters, you can now save them as a segment — making it easy to reapply them in a single click.

Why save segments?

Instead of manually recreating your filter setup every time, saved segments let you:

  • Jump between different views (e.g. /blog traffic from the UK, show UTM campaign traffic that converted, view organic mobile traffic)
  • Quickly compare audiences (e.g. users on mobile vs desktop, users from UK vs US)
  • Track the same segment of visitors over time

How to save a segment

  1. Open the Advanced Filters modal from the dashboard
  2. Add your desired filters (e.g. Pages > contains > blog)
  3. Scroll to the bottom and give the group a name under Optional: name and save this group of filters
  4. Click Save filters

Your segment is now saved and ready to use.

How to load a saved segment

To apply a previously saved segment:

  1. Open the Advanced filters modal
  2. Select your segment from the dropdown at the top
  3. Click Apply

That segment of filters will be applied instantly to your dashboard.

How to update a saved segment

Want to tweak your segment?

  1. Select it from the dropdown at the top of the filter modal

How to delete a saved segment

To delete a saved segment:
